Bequests to Friends of the Library of Hawai‘i

A bequest to Friends of the Library of Hawai‘i will qualify your estate for a

charitable deduction equal to the entire amount you bequeath. You can

provide now for a future gift to The Friends of the Library of Hawai‘i by

including a bequest provision in your will or revocable trust.

Sample testamentary language:

"I give and bequeath to Friends of the Library of Hawai‘i, doing business

as the Friends of the Library of Hawai‘i, tax identification number

99-6003670, located in Honolulu, Hawai‘i, the sum of $ ___________

(or state a percentage of your estate, or describe real or personal property,

including exact location) for its general purposes_______________ (or state

a specific collection, function, or library branch)."
