Please save the date and make your travel arrangements now! Friends of the Library of Hawai‘i will hold its Annual Meeting the day before, Thursday, February 23rd from 5:30-7:30p.m. at Hawai‘i State Library. All Affiliate conference attendees are invited to attend the Annual Meeting at no charge.
All conference attendees must register by February 10, 2012. Registration may be accomplished through this website: Registration Form, Or by printing and mailing/faxing the form. Please contact our office if you need assistance.

Conference Registration Rates
1st Affiliate Representative - Free
Add’l Affiliate Representative - $25
Non-Affiliate Representative - $40
These fees are meant to offset the overhead costs of the Conference. Please discuss and coordinate with your group
as to who will register as the free attendee.
To pay registration fees, you may mail a check or pay by credit card via the Google Checkout Payment button
located below. Please be aware of the different fees. If paying by credit card, please choose
the "Conference Registration" option for shipping method.

Neighbor Island Affiliates:
FLH will also cover the travel expenses for one representative from your group. This includes flights, car rental,
and (with RSVP for the Annual Meeting) a hotel for Thursday night. Please see the Reimbursement Guidelines.
